Automation is the act of implementing the human process with advanced technical software available in the market. In general, “automation replaces human workers by machines”. Automation will likely increase the frequency with which humans interact with business processes “this is similar to robotic equipment” and another greatest advantage of the automation process is that the automation processes are less prone to errors.
This Automobile Automation system, mainly concentrates on maintaining perfection in records about the sales of spare parts and the Vehicles in the automobile store at the best possible total cost of ownership in the right quantity, at right time, in right place for the direct benefit between seller and the buyer. It avoids the classical way of maintaining the records.
This project has to handle certain amount of data, which should be in hand. The data includes are like Customer details, Spare parts and the Vehicle Details, including the employees in the Organization.

Existing System

The existing system is a manual system. It is done with some important constraints, they are volume of data, time consuming, and Calculations with errors etc. The large volume of data has to be handled with regard to various transactions. Number of documents is to be referred to access any information about any audit. A lot of validation work is to be done. These processes are time consuming and tedious. Any changes made at any point have to incorporate with the whole system and are really cumbersome. Preparing any report is the most daunting task.

In order to overcome these hurdles the computerized is suggested.

Proposed System

The proposed system rectifies most of the problem in the present system. The system is menu driven which guarantees the ease of use even for native users. The most important aspect of the new system is that it is flexible to incorporate the changes, error free. Calculations etc. data validation is done during data entry itself so that the errors are minimized. Reports can be generated for any audit process for given two dates. These reports make the function of the management an easier. Reports generation facilities are provided to all users. An authorized person will maintain master data.

Automobile Modules

There are eight important modules in this project:-
Customer Module
Vehicle Module
Spare Module
Purchase Module
Sales Module
Employee Module
Complaint Module

1. Customer Module
In this module is maintaining for the customer details such as Customer ID, Customer name, address, phone are stored in the Customer table.

Each company has many clients. So company maintains the separate record for each client. The details about each & every client information are maintained in this form. The information of all customers is displayed in the data grid. We can able to register new client, modify & delete the selected record of customer. Some features of the Customers form are
When you enter the form the CustId combo box will have the Employees Id present in the database already.
For viewing the data present in the database the A data grid is provided, which can be activated through the VIEW button.
All types of manipulation are done like updating deleting etc can be done.
For adding a new record ADDNEW button will help the users. By clicking the ADDNEW a new ID can be generated for the new user, based on the predefined pattern.

This form makes use of the “Customer” table in the database, and the data required for the Form are listed down,
CustID————-ID of Customer
CustName———Customer Name
Custage———— Customer age

1. Vehicle Module
This module contains the details of vehicle. Such as vehicle name, vehicle code, vehicle model, vehicle color, vehicle cost and mileage. It can be stored in the vehicle table and maintained as day-to-day process.
The sales maintenance forms an important and unavoidable one in the automation process. All the typical business logic behind the most of the automation process is lying behind the sales maintenance and in general account maintenance area.
This sales maintenance is divided in to two sub form as Vehicles sales and the spare parts sales. All the details of selling are maintained in the respective forms. Each time when we sell a product, either it is a spare parts or the vehicles, customer details are also fed in to the system along with the product details. Some features of the Customers form are
When you enter the form, the VSalesId or SpSaleId combo box will have the respective Vehicle sales Id or Spare sales Id the present in the database already.

2. Spare Module

3. Purchase Module
The purchase module is contains the details of spare purchase and vehicle purchase. It contains Purchase ID, Purchase date, vehicle name, vehicle color, vehicle model and number of quantity are stored Purchase table.
The purchase maintenance is as equal as sales maintenance. All the typical business logic behind the most of the automation process is lying behind the sales maintenance and in general account maintenance area.
This purchase maintenance is divided in to two sub form as Vehicles purchase and the spare parts purchase. All the details of purchase are maintained in the respective forms. Each time when we sell a product, either it is a spare parts or the vehicles, customer details are also fed in to the system along with the product details. Some features of the Customers form are

4. Sales Module
The Sales module contains vehicle name, vehicle model, vehicle color, vehicle price, vehicle code, customer id, customer name, customer address are stored in the vehicle sales table and also spare code, spare name, spare model, spare color, number of quantity are stored in the spare sales table. These are maintained as day-to-day process.
5. Employee Module
This module specifies the worker details. It can maintain the employee name, employee ID, age, gender and salary. They above details can be maintaining the data base form, workers can only view this module and their report, and they don’t make any changes. Administrator can have authorized entry to make any correction of this module.
6. Complaint module
This module deals between company and a customer through Automobile. In this module contains customer ID, customer name and customer address. The customer can also point out vehicle name, vehicle id and vehicle color for complaint to the automobile about the vehicle. According to complaints rectify that errors and drawbacks by the company.
7. Service Module
Service bill is prepared in this module. The extra spares and total no of spares are calculated. To check the service is free service or not. If the service is free there is no providing service bill. Yet it is not free service to provide bill for service to the vehicle.
